Engineer arrive on time, not only did he sort the thermostat, he had a look at what type of valves my radiators needed, ordered the part & came back a few days later to replace them. Also sorted out my leaky kitchen taps as well.
Took out a boiler cover with My Connected Home in December, unfortunately it broke down with no heating and hot water a few weeks later early January in the middle of cold winter. They went above and beyond for me, engineer arrived within an hour of my call, took apart the boiler unit and revealed 3 faulty parts that needed replacing. The parts are no longer easily available as the boiler make has been discontinued by the manufacturer Baxi. The manager took it upon himself to speak to Baxi on my behalf and was lucky to be told they could still provide those parts. Within 6 days after my initial call, I had new parts and boiler is working perfectly. Brilliant work!
I am a bit hard of hearing, My Connected Home was patient with me, spoke calmy and clearly but also sent a letter by post to me the next day regarding the conversation we had on the phone just in case I missed anything important during the call
