Your Package:
Your Cover is £8.99 per month for the next 12 months, £10.99 after.
Your cover is for 12 months, My Connected Home will send you a renewal notice up to 30 days before your renewal date. We will send this renewal via email. If you require an alternative format such as large print, braille or audio, simply give our team a call on 0345 057 3057.
Your CALL-OUT FEE is £70
The Call-out fee you pay is the amount per repair even if our engineer returns for the same problem, we would require one-off call-out fee payment. You do not have to pay a call-out fee you go for one of the previous cover plans.
If your boiler is slightly older (12 years or older) you may have to pay a security deposit.
